- With corporate sponsorship from Advance Health Solutions, Amber Wandtke, Operations Specialist First Class Petty Officer and the new Mrs. Eastern States International 2014, starts her year-long national advocacy campaign for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with emphasis on increasing awareness on the needs of military caregivers.
