• A collaborative abstract co-authored by Advance Health Solutions colleagues (Maryam Navaie, Dr.P.H., Anita H. Hickey, M.D., Eric T. Stedje-Larsen, M.D., Jessica C. Smith, M.P.H.), Elspeth Cameron Ritchie, M.D., M.P.H. from the Washington, DC Department of Mental Health, and Eugene G. Lipov, M.D. from Chicago Medical Innovations in Hoffman Estates, Illinois has been invited as an oral presentation at the Alternative and Complementary Health Practices section of the 141st Annual Meeting of the American Public Health Association to be held November 2-6, 2013 in Boston, Massachusetts. The abstract is entitled "Expanding the evidence-base for alternative and complementary health practices: Advancing treatment options for post-traumatic stress disorder".
• Advance Health Solutions, in collaboration with colleagues from Rush University Medical Center College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois, co-author an abstract entitled "Effects of a lifestyle physical activity intervention on family caregivers of persons with dementia: A randomized controlled trial" has been invited for oral presentation at the Aging and Public Health section of the 141st American Public Health Association to be held November 2-6, 2013 in Boston, Massachusetts.
